If your chain breaks at the weld we will re-weld it at no charge. If it's damaged due to snagging or excessive force, repair fees may apply if additional materials are needed.

Yes. If you're having surgery or an MRI, your medical provider may ask you to remove your jewelry. Simply cut it at the jump ring and save the chain. We can usually re-weld it afterward if it's still in good condition.
